ScooterBug Launches New Reservation Management System

March 2013

ScooterBug Inc. has launched its proprietary Reservation Management System (SRMS) to address the burgeoning need to simplify and make more accessible the reserving of mobility equipment at destination venues worldwide.

This cloud-based reservation management solution allows venues to better manage mobility equipment rentals for their guests and visitors, and is specifically designed to meet the business management needs of the guest mobility industry. The SRMS includes a public user portal for direct guest reservation creation along with an administrative back-of-the-house suite of tools enabling venues and facilities to more effectively manage their entire rental process.

ScooterBug Named Preferred Vendor for Disney World Resorts

November 2012

ScooterBug Inc. announced today that it has been named a "Preferred Vendor" for all of the Walt Disney World resorts and hotels across Florida. 

As such, ScooterBug will be among the small group of approved vendors to provide high-quality scooters, strollers and wheelchairs to guests of the Disney properties.

Together, the combined company will offer the hospitality, gaming and convention industry’s most comprehensive, best-in-class guest and mobility solutions – exceeding 300 customers and 42,000 pieces of equipment deployed in North America and across the globe.  With the addition of Active Mobility, ScooterBug now provides mobility solutions in over 100 gaming sites in the US.
